Plant Ecological Modeling & Water Balance

KS2 staff has developed a mechanistic ecological model known as EDYS and performed extensive ecological modeling including soil types, plant species, animal species, precipitation, runoff and other environmental factors.  EDYS includes both above and below ground growth models.  EDYS modeling can be adapted to a wide variety of uses including mining revegetation, water diversion, land uses, etc.
